1. Return Eligibility
Due to the specialized nature of ULT freezers, returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

The product is defective upon arrival or fails during initial installation despite proper setup and usage.

The unit was not used, is still in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to restocking fees.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Custom-built or special-order freezers.

Freezers that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
3. Return Process
